SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN PENILAIAN KINERJA PEGAWAI DENGAN METODE PROFILE MATCHING PADA BAZNAS PROVINSI SUMATRA SELATAN
Performance appraisal is a process carried out by the company to evaluate employee performance in 1 period. Baznas of South Sumatra Province is one of the institutions that conduct regular employee performance assessments to measure the performance of each employee. Where employees in the best order can be promoted to positions. The large number of employees assessed causes the assessor to have difficulty in determining the best employee so the management of the assessment data uses a longer time. In the problems found, a decision support system is needed that can assist the assessor in determining the best employee for promotion. This research will use the profile-matching method to determine the best employee in Baznaz. Because this method can compare each employee's ability with the competence of the position possessed in the form of GAP. The results of this study display a list of the best employee rankings for position promotion.
