ANALISA POSTUR KERJA DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE RAPID ENTIRE BODY ASSESSMENT (REBA) PADA PROSES PEMOTONGAN ROTI DI RUMAH PRODUKSI ROTI BAKERY Z2 DESA SP 3 KECAMATAN AIR KUMBANG KABUPATEN BANYUASIN.
This study uses the Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) method to analyze body posture when cutting bread, measure the effect of room temperature and humidity on employees, and determine job risks based on scores. This research was carried out at the Z2 Bread Production House, SP 3 Village from March to May 2022. This research was carried out at the Z2 Bread Production House, SP 3 Village, Air Kumbang District, Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra in March to completion. The Rapid Entire Body Assessment was used to analyze work postures, commencing with the posture of a worker's neck, back, upper arms, lower arms, wrists, and feet. Anthropometric measurements were also taken to establish the dimensions of the workers' bodies, as well as BMI measures to determine their nutritional status. According to the Nordic Body Map questionnaire, workers' problems are similar, especially in the neck, trunk, and arms. The lowest REBA (Rapid Entire Body Assessment) score was obtained by worker 1 with a score of 5 and the highest by worker 2 with a score of 7. The results of the measurement of temperature and humidity in the workspace have met the requirements of the health of the work environment
