ANALISIS KEPUASAN PENGGUNA APLIKASI MOBILE JKN BADAN PENYELENGGARA JAMINAN SOSIAL KESEHATAN KOTA PALEMBANG DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN MODEL EUCS
The Mobile JKN application is one of the electronic national health insurance services that facilitates the public to obtain services and access information effectively and efficiently. The purpose of this study is to measure and determine the level of user satisfaction with the Mobile JKN application at BPJS Health in Palembang City using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) model with variables of content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness. Data were obtained from a sample of 100 respondents as research samples obtained based on the Lemeshow formula. Furthermore, the data were processed using SPSS Version 25. The results show that user satisfaction on the Accuracy and Ease of Use variables are in the High category and need to be maintained. This category needs to improve service quality in order to achieve the Very High category, thus increasing user satisfaction with the Mobile JKN application. The recommendations given in this study are to improve accuracy in the system by displaying user-friendly instructions and developing the system when conducting transactions, processing participant data, and loading, so that they can be integrated with each other to minimize errors that occur, and to provide assistance or pay attention to reports if there are complaints or difficulties in accessing the Mobile JKN.
