ANALISIS RISIKO POSTUR KERJA MENGGUNAKAN METODE QUICK EXPOSURE CHECKLIST (QEC) DAN PENDEKATAN FISIOLOGI PADA PENCETAKAN STIK UBI UNGU DI KELURAHAN SEI SELAYUR KECAMATAN KALIDONI KOTA PALEMBANG.
This study aims to determine the risks to the operator's body position of purple sweet potato stick printing, knowing the amount of operator energy consumption, knowing the effect of room temperature and humidity on the operator, as well as providing the necessary advice and input from the complaints felt by the operator when printing some purple sweet potato sticks. The Quick Exposure Checklist (QEC) method is to calculate the risk of working posture in the purple sweet potato stick printing process. Energy consumption from heart rate calculation before work and before work. Temperature and humidity are obtained from measuring temperature and humidity in the workplace. From the results of the study, the second operator obtained a QEC score of 76 and 73 was included in the action level 2 and needed further investigation. The calculation of the total energy consumption of the two operators is 15.204 Kcal/minute and 9.838 Kcal/minute with the category of operator x being considered very heavy and operator y being considered heavy. The complaints experienced by each operator are different based on the results of the Nordic Body Map (NBM) questionnaire but have the same complaints on the neck, shoulders, right upper arm, back, waist, right hand and right hand. The results of measurements of the operator's body temperature x and y are normal. The results of the measurement of temperature and humidity in the workspace showed that the temperature did not meet the requirements to meet the requirements.
