PENGARUH KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT DAN TALENT MANAGEMENT TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN (STUDI KASUS PADA UMKM DAERAH SAKO PALEMBANG)
The research objective is to analyze the effect of knowledge management and talent management on employee performance through employee development. The research sample is 150 employees who work at umkm Sako Palembang. The data analysis method used is the Structural Equation Model. The results of the study reveal that knowledge management and talent management have an effect on employee performance. The results of the analysis also prove that there is an influence of talent management on employee development. SME must provide knowledge management such as providing modern technology facilities and information systems to store SME knowledge as a place for employees to share knowledge, and also develop talent management with training and development programs that can improve employee performance in order to improve service quality for the progress of the company Keyword : knowledge management,talent management,employee development, and employee performance
