Bees are insects that are very important for agricultural pollination and direct human needs. Diseases in stingless bees have been reported, including Deformed wing virus (DWV), chalkbrood, and Aspergillus spp. attacks. Stingless bees have also been reported to have several cases of disease, including Acute bee paralysis virus (ABPV), Deformed wing virus (DWV), and broodcell by the bacterium Lysinibacillus sphaericus. The research method was observation, isolation, and identification of entomopathogens fungi that attack sting and stingless bees. Sampling used purposive sampling by taking bees showing symptoms of infection with fungi in eggs and adult bees. Result showed that there are differences in the phase of bees infected by entomopathogenic fungi in the egg phase and the imago phase based on the city. In the egg phase of bees the percentage infected by entomopathogenic fungi ranges from 3.80 – 10.40%. The lowest percentage of bee eggs infected with entomopathogenic fungi was in Palembang City with an infected percentage of 3.80%, while the highest percentage of bee eggs infected with entomopathogenic fungi was in Prabumulih City with a percentage of 10.40%. The lowest percentage of bee imago phases infected with entomopathogenic fungi was in Muara Enim Regency with an infected percentage of 2.71% and the highest percentage of bee imago infected with entomopathogenic fungi was in Palembang City with a percentage of 4.20%. Percentage of eggs infected with entomopathogenic fungi by species 0 – 7.71%.
