The rapid development and application of technology in various sectors, especially in the agricultural sector, does not make all farmers throughout the country do the same thing. There are still some areas that are still practicing traditional farming and applying local wisdom in doing their farming. One of them is Jagaraja Village, which is located in Rantau Panjang District, Ogan Ilir Regency. Although not completely closed off from technology, farmers in Jagaraja village carry out the stages of their business by applying local wisdom that has been passed down from generation to generation. The method used in this research is explorative descriptive method and survey method. The sampling method used was simple random sampling (Simple Random Sampling) and data were collected from direct interviews with 30 lebak swamp rice farmers. The collection of data used is primary data and secondary data. Processing data using the income formula and test multiple linear regression analysis. where the results of this study were obtained 1) Social conditions in Jagaraja Village which are divided into five conditions. The first social condition concerns the farmer's age, education, farming experience, number of family dependents and land ownership which of each of these social conditions has a different effect from each condition and for the economic conditions in Jagaraja Village itself, it has an average value of income from paddy farming on lebak swamp land farmers in Jagaraja Village which is IDR 16,260,370 per cultivated area per year and IDR 9,164,169 per hectare per year 2) Local wisdom in Jagaraja Village still exists and has been passed down from generation to generation which is still carried out or applied in the management of swamp rice farming where the local wisdom that is still used is the land preparation stage, the seed procurement and seeding stage, the planting stage and the post-harvest stage 3) Based on the analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, the results show that the factors that have a significant effect on rice farming income are selling prices, production yields, and product costs, and land processing dummy. Meanwhile, the seed procurement dummy is a factor that has no significant effect on the income of rice farming in Jagaraja Village.
