This research was conducted in September 2022, the purpose of the study these are 1) Describe the supply chain structure of Beras Kita products in Perum Bulog Regional Office South Sumatera and Bangka Belitung, 2) Analyzing supply chain management performance product Beras Kita carried out by Perum Bulog Regional Office of South Sumatra and Bangka Belitung, 3) Analyzing the impact of supply chain management in optimizing Product Beras Kita at Perum Bulog Kanwil South Sumatra and Babel. The location of this research was chosen randomly purposive. The research method used in this study is method survey. Sampling method used is purposive method sampling. Respondents in this study were employees of the National Logistics Agency. data that used in this study are primary data and secondary data. For The first goal is the supply chain structure involving several stakeholders including farmers/partners, Perum Bulog Regional Office of South Sumatra and Babel, field commercial, Rumah Pangan Kita (RPK)/retailers, consumers. For the second purpose namely the performance of supply chain management is measured using four indicators measurement namely supply chain structure, product flow, money flow, and flow information, each indicator is measured by five components of measurement, so that supply chain management performance measurement results have an average score of 42.20 with medium criteria. For the third objective, namely the impact of performance management supply chain seen from the results of supply chain management performance that has been running optimal and has a positive effect on optimizing the supply of rice in Perum Bulog Regional Office of South Sumatra and Babel. Based on the results of the research that has been done, the following conclusions are obtained: 1) The structure of the supply chain for our rice products at Perum Bulog Regional Office of South Sumatra and Babel has several stakeholders involved, namely farmers/partners of Perum Bulog Regional Office of South Sumatra and Babel, Commercial Sector, Food Houses We (RPK), Retailers and Consumers. 2) The results of supply chain management performance measurement of Perum Bulog Regional Office of South Sumatra and Babel obtained an average score of 42.20 with moderate criteria. This means that the performance of supply chain management at Perum Bulog Regional Office of South Sumatra and Babel is still at the average level and has not run optimally. 3) The results of supply chain management performance measurements that have been carried out obtain moderate criteria that can have a positive impact on optimizing our rice products at Perum Bulog Kanwil South Sumatra and Babel.
