EVALUASI WEBSITE E-LEARNING UNIVERSITAS SRIWIJAYA DENGAN METODE USABILITY TESTING
E-learning is a platform that, during the COVID-19 pandemic, has significantly increased its use. This is due to the existence of an online learning policy from the government for all students, including those in Indonesia. Sriwijaya University is one of the universities that utilizes e-learning technology as an academic service that can be used by lecturers and students to carry out lecture activities online. Currently, there is no research on the UNSRI e-learning system that tests its usability level, so it is not certain whether UNSRI e-learning will satisfy its users. Based on the preliminary research conducted, there were several problems experienced by students related to the user interface while using the UNSRI e-learning website. This study aims to evaluate usability and redesign the appearance of the UNSRI e-learning website as a solution. The method used in this research is usability testing to evaluate the UNSRI e-learning website. The results of this study are based on ISO 9241-11, which has three metrics tested: effectiveness, efficiency, and satisfaction. The UNSRI e-learning website produces an average score of 98.33% on the effectiveness metric, 100% on the efficiency metric, and 64,007 on the satisfaction metric.
