The teeth and mouth are some of the important parts of the body that receive food, fluids, and are also one of the organs involved in the digestive process. However, dental and mouth health should always be maintained because they play an important role in overall body health, but many people do not understand the diseases that occur in the teeth and mouth. Therefore, it is necessary to have an expert sistem for diagnosing dental and mouth diseases which will help the community to see the disease in their suffering. One algorithm that is useful in diagnosing dental and mouth diseases is Case Based Reasoning. Case Based Reasoning is used to diagnose new diseases by comparing the Similarity of symptoms in old cases and symptoms in new cases. Then the Similarity (Similarity) is calculated using the Minkowski method and the level of confidence (probability) from the expert. The data studied were 180 data, 160 data were used as old case data and 20 data was used as new case data. The highest similarity value from the test results is 100% and the lowest similarity is 88.89%.The results of research testing obtained an accuracy of 95%.
