Palembang City Community Online Administration Information System (SIDEMANG) Mobile is an application of the efforts of the Palembang City Communication and Information Service to provide a public service to the community. This application was launched in 2019, but is still in the trial stage in several sub-districts and sub-districts and this application has stopped using it. In 2022, the Ministry of Communication and Informatics will re-launch the Sidemang Mobile website and application so that people can use it to apply for permits and statements. However, after conducting interviews, it was found that there was no measurement of the application so that it was not yet known about the level of acceptance and the level of usefulness of the application. Based on this, it is necessary to have a measurement of the acceptance of the Sidemang Mobile application using the technology acceptance model (TAM) method. The purpose of this study was to analyze user acceptance of the Sidemang Mobile application and find out the factors that influence user acceptance of the Sidemang Mobile application by distributing questionnaires to 114 respondents. This study resulted that users of the Sidemang Mobile application accept the application because each variable in the TAM method influences each other. The factor that has the greatest influence is the information quality variable on the behavioral intention to use variable with a path coefficient value of 1.094. This indicates that the quality of information on Sidemang Mobile is good so that users have the intention to use the application to submit permit files and variables that give effect the smallest is the perceived ease of use variable to the actual use variable with a path coefficient value of 0.352 this indicates that there is a need for improvement in the ease of using the Sidemang Mobile application.
