The data collection process at CV Dafinzo is still carried out by handwriting on notebooks which causes a huge risk of writing errors and is prone to damage and even loss of data due to damaged or torn notebooks. Data recorded in the form of sales, purchases, expenses, asset data, capital and general ledger reports are recorded in different books, making it difficult when compiling cash flow reports, so you have to copy the data one by one and recalculate. These deficiencies cause losses for the company, especially in the recap of total cash flows, as well as the time needed to prepare cash flow statements is quite long. Through this research, the authors built an application that can be used to help manage cash flow data, making it easier and faster and more accurate in minimizing miscalculations in preparing cash flow reports. The test results using black box show that the application built is in accordance with the design made, and according to user needs.
