This study aimed to determine the effectivity of various doses of the herbicide mixture of topramezone and atrazine on the growth and yield of corn (Zea mays L.). The research was conducted in the experimental garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University, Indralaya, Ogan Ilir from March to July 2021. The method used in this study was a randomized block design consisted of 7 treatments and 3 replications, so there were 21 experimental units. The treatments consisted of (P0) without weed control (P1) manual weeding at 21 and 42 days after planting (P2) mixed herbicide topramezone + atrazine 1,5 L ha-1 (P3) mixed herbicide topramezone + atrazine 2 L ha-1 (P4) mixed herbicide topramezone + atrazine 2,5 L ha-1 (P5) mixed herbicide topramezone + atrazine 3 L ha-1 (P6) mixed herbicide topramezone + atrazine 3,5 L ha-1. The result showed that only a few plots changed weeds after weeding and herbicide application. Before tillage the most dominant weeds were Borreria alata, Panicum maximum, and Calopogonium caeruleum and the weeds shich were most dominant after treatment were Borreria alata, Panicum maximum, dan Cleome rutidospermae. The herbicide treatment of topramezone + atrazine dose of 2,5 L ha-1 gave the best effect on the growth and yield of corn plant.
