This study aims to provide information about the proper application of the best composition of compost tea based on chicken manure in increasing the growth and yield of tatsoi plants (Brassica narinosa L.). This research was carried out from November 2022 to January 2023 at the Experimental Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University. This study was compiled using a Randomized Block Design (RBD) with 6 treatments, each treatment was repeated 4 times and received 24 treatment units, each treatment unit there were 2 plants, so that the total number of plants was 48 plants. The treatment in this study was P0 (Control), P1 (Solid fertilizer), P2 (Compost tea ratio of chicken manure fertilizer and water 1: 5 (w/v) Aeration), P3 (Compost tea ratio of chicken manure fertilizer and water 1:10 (w/v) Aeration), P4 (Compost tea ratio of chicken manure and water 1:5 (w/v) Non Aeration), P5 (Compost tea ratio of chicken manure fertilizer and water 1:10 (w/v) Non Aeration). Data obtained from observations and measurements were analyzed for diversity (ANOVA) using Test F at a test level of 5%. If F counts greater than F at the test level of 5% it means that the treatment has a real effect, so it is continued by using the Smallest Real Difference (SRD) test at the test level of 5%. The results showed that the application of compost tea made from chicken manure had a significant effect on the variables of plant height, number of leaves, leaf greenness level, canopy area, root length, fresh weight of header, fresh weight of roots, dry weight of headers, dry weight of roots. The best composition of compost tea was obtained in increasing the growth and yield of the tatsoi plant, namely in the treatment of compost tea based on aerated 1: 5 (w / v) chicken manure. Based on the results of this study, it is recommended that the cultivation of tatsoi plants in polybags should use compost tea made from chicken manure in a ratio of 1:5 (1 kg of chicken manure and 5 liters of water) which is aerated for 3 days, with a dose of 40ml/plant every 3 days.
