Rice is the most consumed food crop in Indonesia. The majority of residents in Pulokerto Village work as rice farmers. This study aims to (1) Calculate the allocation of farmer labor in Pulokerto, Gandus District (2) Calculate the household income of farmers in Pulokerto, Gandus District (3) Analyze the effect of farmer labor allocation on the household income of farmers in Pulokerto, Gandus District (4) Determine the level of welfare of farmers in Pulokerto, Gandus District. This research was conducted in Pulokerto Village, Ganud District, Palembang City, The selection of the research location was carried out intentionally (purposive location sampling. The research method carried out in this study is the survey method. By taking 30 samples. The determination of the number of samples in this study used the quota sampling method.The results of this study show that the average total allocation of labor devoted to rice farming is 109.00 HKSP per year, in rubber farming business is 246.00 HKSP per year and from outside farming business is 264.30 HKSP per year. So the total of all activities both in farming and outside farming is 619.30 HKSP per year. The household income of farmers and families in Pulokerto Village averages Rp43,670,888.96 per year, which is the total income from rice farming, farming income and outside farming income. Based on data processing using SPSS 28, a calculated F value of 134,117 was obtained and a significant value of 0.000 the result was less than the α of 0.05 or 0.000 < 0.05, so it was decided to reject Ho. That is, Together, free variables have a real effect on bound Variables. The average household income of farmers in Puloekerto Village is smaller than the number of KHL families in Pulokerto Village. The welfare level of farmers in Pulokerto Village is relatively low at 47 percent and those who are classified as not prosperous at 53 percent. Farmers who are classified as not prosperous are farmers with incomes below Rp1,423,647 per month
