This study aims to determine the benefits, added-value, and efficiency of MSME Souvenirs in Palembang City. The data used is primary data in 2021 obtained from interviews and questionnaires. The analytical technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis in describing the performance of MSME souvenirs, while descriptive quantitative analysis is used to describe data in the form of numbers from the results of interviews for souvenir MSMEs. The results showed that the average efficiency level of the souvenir MSME industry in Palembang City obtained from added value and intermediate costs were 0.37314. This figure is efficient but the conditions show that the figure is not maximized because every rupiah of intermediate costs incurred can create added value that is smaller than the intermediate costs. This is because MSME souvenirs are MSMEs that are classified as small so that the use of sources of production factors such as raw materials, auxiliary materials, and intermediate costs are relatively low. On the other hand, MSMEs are still using traditional methods without using supporting technology.
