ANALISIS PERBANDINGAN USER EXPERIENCE APLIKASI SHOPEE DAN TOKOPEDIA MENGGUNAKAN USER EXPERIENCE QUESTIONNAIRE (UEQ)
The competition among online stores in the e-commerce industry in Indonesia, Shopee and Tokopedia are the largest e-commerce platforms in Indonesia that facilitate consumers and sellers to do online business. This study was conducted to evaluate the user experience of Shopee and its competitor Tokopedia, the results of this study are an assessment of user experience on Shopee and Tokopedia by evaluating user experience and then comparing them. The method used in this study is a literature study, the author looks for information related to the method used and the problems in this study the source is from books, journals, articles, and other research. In addition, there are two platforms, Shopee and Tokopedia, as objects of research in the comparison of User Experience (UX) using User Experience Questionnaire. Shopee has a positive UX rating for user-liked variables, easily used/learned product variables, product variables that help work efficiently, variables that allow users to control interactions, variables that make users happy and comfortable motivated to work, and product variables that are user-interested. Tokopedia also has a positive user experience rating for user-liked variables, easily used product variables, product variables that help work efficiently, variables that allow users to control interactions, variables that make users happy and comfortable in full motivation at work. UX rating is neutral for user-interested product variables. There is a significant difference between the assessment of Shopee's and Tokopedia's user experience with α at 0.05. Overall, Shopee is superior to Tokopedia in terms of user experience.
