The purpose of this research was to find out performance of the paper industry in Indonesia in terms of efficiency and labor productivity. This study uses secondary data obtained from the Indonesian Central Statistics Agency (BPS) with three-digit ISIC (170). The type of data in this study is time series, namely annual data for 11 years. The analytical technique used is descriptive qualitative with quantitative analysis using the formula for efficiency and labor productivity. The results of this study indicate that the performance of the paper industry in Indonesia for the 2010-2020 period is quite good, because the average efficiency value is < 1, which means that the paper industry in Indonesia during the year of observation was relatively inefficient while the productivity of the paper industry was seen relatively throughout the year. observations increased by an average of 1,489,159 each year.
