The research aimed to determine and analyze how local government expenditure of education function and health function on human development index and economic growth in DKI Jakarta Province. The data used in this research is the main data of DKI Jakarta and time series data, data from 2009 to 2020. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis with Ordinary Least Square. The result of research sub-structure I showed that the government expenditure of education and health had simultan effects to human development index, based on t-test the government expenditure of education affects negative and significant to human development index, while the government expenditure of health affects positive and significant to human development index. Then sub-structure II showed that the government expenditure of education and health had simultan effects to economic growth, based on t-test the government expenditure of education affects positive and significant to economic growth, while the government expenditure of health affects positive and significant to economic growth.
