ANALISIS KEBUTUHAN INVESTASI SEKTOR BASIS DALAM PEREKONOMIAN WILAYAH PALEMBANG
This study aims to analyze the investment needs of the basic sector in Palembang region. This study used time series data between 2010 to 2021. The analysis techniques used are Location Quotient (LQ), Incremental Capital Ouput Ratio (ICOR), and trend linear. The result of this study indicate that there are three sectors identified as basic sectors in Palembang City, namely (1) water supply, waste management, waste and recycling sector, (2) financial and insurance services sector, (3) health service and social activities sector. The results of the ICOR analysis show the average ICOR coefficient of each basic sector, namely (1) water supply, waste management, waste and recycling sector (ICOR=10,56), (2) financial and insurance services sector (ICOR=9,07), (3) health service and social activities sector (ICOR=11,50). Based on the ICOR value, the amount of investment required by each basic sector to increase growth by 1%, namely (1) water supply, waste management, waste and recycling sectors need 32.1 billion, (2) financial services and insurance sectors need 471.2 billion, (3) health services and social activities sector need 109.6 billion.
