This study aims to develop an interactive e-module based on problem-based learning on cell structure and cell bioprocess material for Senior High Schools Class XI. The development of this e-module is carried out to produce valid and practical learning media and can be used in the learning process. The subjects in this study were 36 students in class XI IPA 1 and XI IPA 2 at SMA Srijaya Negara Palembang and 1 teacher of biology. This research uses the ADDIE development model which consists of five stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The results at the analysis stage show that it is necessary to develop learning media in the form of interactive e-modules on cell structure and cell bioprocess material in accordance with the competencies needed by students in the Merdeka curriculum. At the design stage, flowcharts, storyboards, and validity assessment grids are obtained which help facilitate the development of e-modules. At the development stage, product development was realized based on flowcharts and storyboards, and validation results were obtained from media experts at 92.7%, material experts at 100%, and biology learning practitioners at 100% with a very valid category. Then at the implementation stage, the practicality assessment results from biology teachers were 89.9%, small groups 89.7%, and large groups 87.7% with very practical criteria. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the interactive e-module based on problem-based learning on cell structure and cell bioprocess material for senior high school class XI is feasible to use because it meets valid and practical criteria.
