ANALISIS KETERAMPILAN MENGAJAR DALAM MATA KULIAH MICRO TEACHING SECARA DARING PADA MAHASISWA PROGRAM STUDI PENDIDIKAN EKONOMI ANGKATAN 2019 FKIP UNIVERSITAS SRIWIJAYA
This study aims to describe three aspects of basic teaching skills in online micro teaching courses for students of the Economics Education Study Program class of 2019 FKIP Sriwijaya University. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method. The population and sample in this study were 2019 Economics Education students, totaling 33 students consisting of 8 Indralaya class students and 25 Palembang class students. The sampling technique uses the non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using observation and documentation. The results of the analysis of observations in this study obtained an overview of basic teaching skills based on 3 (three) indicator aspects, namely opening skills with an average percentage of 67.67%, explaining skills with an average percentage of 64.64%, and closing skills with an average percentage -the average percentage is 55.30%. Overall, an overview of the basic teaching skills of students in online micro teaching courses for Economics Education students batch 2019, FKIP Sriwijaya University, obtained an average percentage of 62.54%. So it can be concluded that the basic skills of teaching in online micro teaching courses for Economics Education students class of 2019 FKIP Sriwijaya University are in the good category (61% -80%). It is hoped that the results of this study will allow students to better master each aspect of the basic teaching skills indicators and be able to apply the basic teaching skills very well.
