This research aims to develop an illustrated story e-book media on theme 5 sub-themes 1 the struggle of my heroes class IV SD Negeri 18 Tanjung Raja and to describe the students' response to the illustrated story e-book media. This type of research is a development study using the ADDIE model consisting of five stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. From the results of the material expert validation assessment, an average score of 94% was obtained with very valid categories. The results of media expert validation assessments were obtained with an average score of 88% with very valid categories. In the two-stage implementation phase, the phase 1 test was conducted to 3 students and obtained an average score of 91% with the category very practical. In phase 2 test, 12 students received an average score of 88% with a very practical category. Thus, based on the research results obtained that the developed E-Book illustrated story media fall into categories is very valid and very practical to use.
