This study aims to analyze the influence of the district’s minimum wage rate, the number of tourists, the number of hotel rooms and the number of restaurants on employment in the tourism industry in central bangka regency. The data used is secondary data for the period 2008-2020 obtained from the central bangka regency statistics agency and the culture, tourism, youth and sports office of central bangka regency. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis.The results of this study indicate that the restaurant variabel has a significant effect on employment in the tourism industry in central bangka regency, while the district minimum wage, number of tourists and number of hotel rooms have no significant effect on employment in the tourism industry in central bangka regency.
