ANALISIS SIMULTAN ANTARA PINJAMAN DAERAH DAN PENDAPATAN ASLI DAERAH SUMATERA SELATAN
Regional loans can be used as an alternative financing for local governments with the aim of accelerating economic growth. This study aims to see whether there is a simultaneous relationship between regional loans and original local government revenue in South Sumatera with the general allocation fund, budget surplus/deficit, gross domestic product and capital expenditures as exogenous variables. The data used in this study is secondary data with a research period of 2007-2021. The analysis technique used is Two-Stage Least Square (2SLS) analysis. The results of this study indicate that (a) there is a simultaneous relationship between regional loans and original local government revenue because regional loans are recorded as revenues, (b) general allocation fund has no effect on regional loans due to the small allocation of them, while the budget surplus/deficit has an effect on regional loans and (c) gross domestic product and capital expenditure both have an influence on original local government revenue because these two variables are able to support economic.
