This study aims to analyze the level of Local Own-Source Revenue Capacity and the influence of GRDP per capita, the value of the agricultural sector, the value of the trade sector, and the value of the industrial sector on the Capacity of Local Own-Source Revenue. The data used is secondary data in 10 provinces on the island of Sumatra during the 2010-2020 period. The research method uses panel data regression analysis with Fixed Effect Model (FEM) estimation as the selected model. The results of the study explain that the provinces that always have a high PAD capacity every year are the provinces of West Sumatra, Bengkulu and Bangka Belitung. This study also reveals that the value of the trade sector has a positive and significant relationship to PAD Capacity, as well the value of the industrial sector has a negative and significant relationship to PAD Capacity, while GRDP per capita and the value of the agricultural sector have no significant effect on PAD Capacity.
