This study developed a monopoly learning media for Pancasila values in class V at SDN 243 Palembang. This study aims to determine the level of feasibility and practicality of the developed learning media. This study uses a 3D development model (Define, Design and Develop). The results of the recapitulation of the validation scores obtained from media experts, material experts, and teacher practitioners are 96.6% including the very feasible category. The results of the recapitulation of the test scores of the first and second stage students were 99.3%, including the very practical category. From these results, that monopoly learning media material Pancasila values is feasible and practical to use in learning. In the future, it is hoped that this learning media can be used in learning in elementary schools.
