This study aims to analyze the effects of the number of industries, wages, and output values on employment in the apparel industry in Indonesia and to find out which of the three variables has the most dominant influence on employment in the apparel industry in Indonesia. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained through the Indonesian Central Statistics Agency. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study simultaneously show that the variable number of industrial wages and output value have a significant effect on employment in the apparel industry in Indonesia. Both the variable number of industries and output value have a positive and significant effect on labor absorption in Indonesia, but the variable number of industries has the most dominant effect of 0.379 on the absorption of labor in the apparel industry in Indonesia.
