ANALISIS STRUKTUR BIAYA DAN EFISIENSI INDUSTRI OLAHAN MAKANAN DARI IKAN DI BANGKA TENGAH
The objective of this study is to analyze the cost structure and efficiency of the fish-based food processing industry in Central Bangka. This study uses the primary data obtained from 15 producers that produce kemplang, getas, and ampiang scattered in Central Bangka using interview techniques. The analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative and quantitative descriptive by using correlation. The results of the study showed that the cost structure of the fish-based food processing industry in Central Bangka was dominated by the intermediate input costs. The average percentage of intermediate input costs was 68.53 percent of the primary input costs with an average of Rp 52,933,600. The average efficiency value was 1.10, which meant that producers of fish-based food processing could be classified as efficient. The correlation between cost structure and efficiency has a correlation value of -0.236 or -23.6 percent which could be categorized as having a low relationship. Viewed from the direction of the relationship, it showed a negative sign, meaning that the higher the cost structure, the lower the efficiency.
