This research aims to determine the effect of liquid organic fertilizer made from a mixture of Taro (Colocasia esculenta) and Lamtoro (Leucaena leucocephala) on the growth of red chili (Capsicum annum L.). The method used in this research was a single factor Completely Randomized Design (CRD) method with five treatments and four replications. Combining materials in the manufacture of liquid organic fertilizer using a ratio of 50% Taro and 50% Lamtoro. The concentration of treatment consisted of P0 (control), P1 (30%), P2 (50%), P3 (70%), and P4 (90%). The results were analyzed by ANOVA and BJND. The results showed that the application of liquid organic fertilizer made from a mixture of Taro and Lamtoro had a significant effect on the growth of red chili namely in P2 treatment with 50% concentration gave optimal results for all observed parameters such as number of leaves (39,75), plant height (35,57 cm), wet weight of shoots (30,72 grams), dry weight of shoots (2,07 grams), wet weight of roots (1,96 grams), root dry weight (0,62 grams), and shoot root ratio (0,35 gram). The results of the research were used as enrichment material in the form of Student Worksheets (LKPD) in Biology Learning in SMA class XII KD 3.1 about Explaining the influence of internal factors and external factors on the growth and development of living things.
