Today the development and rapid population growth. Along with this resulting in increased mobility of the population. So there is a lot of heavy vehicles on the highway that crossed the highway. One is the road transport infrastructure is a basic requirement in community activities. By looking at the increased mobility of the population is very high these days it would require an increase in both quantity and quality of roads that meet the needs of the community. Bangka Island has abundant natural resources of minerals such as for lead. Of tin mining itself produces more waste accumulates and there is no solution to utilize the waste itself is tin tin tailings.This study used as an ingredient added tin tailings in making LASTON Binder Course (AC-BC) that can be beneficial and reduce operational costs of manufacture. It is therefore necessary to find the good in order to utilize the waste material ffom the tin mining With laboratory testing of a mixture of tin tailings with LASTON Binder Course (AC-BC) is appropriate if it can be useful to improve the quality of roads damaged by a considerable burden.
