KAUSALITAS INSTRUMEN KEBIJAKAN MONETER DAN STABILITAS EKONOMI DI INDONESIA
This study aims at the causal relationship between interest rates, money supply, inflation, and economic growth in Indonesia. The data used is secondary data for the period from January 2013 to December 2020 obtained from the Indonesian Central Bureau of Statistics and Economic and Financial Statistics (SEKI). The analysis technique used is Granger Causality for causality relationship while Error Correction Term is used to see the long term and short term effect. The results of this study indicate that there is a one-way causality relationship between inflation, interest rates, and economic growth in Indonesia. This relationship occurs because the rise and fall of inflation and interest rates will determine the ups and downs of economic growth. Meanwhile, the money supply has no causal relationship with economic growth
