This study aims to dig up information about how each student's mathematical problem solving abilities are viewed from the visual and kinesthetic learning styles they have in the material of class IV fractions at SD Negeri 68 Palembang. This study uses a descriptive research method with a quantitative approach. In the data collection technique required research is tests and questionnaires, the number of samples is 26 responses. The conclusion from this study is that students with a visual learning style in math problem solving abilities are 43.52% of students in the very poor category, once the ability to understand problems, there are 88.82% of students in the very good category in the ability to plan problem solving, 54.70% of students in the category lack the ability to carry out problem-solving plans. And students with a kinesthetic learning style who have the ability to solve mathematical problems, there are 12.22% of students with very little ability to understand problems. 73.33% of students in the good category in the ability to plan problem solving. And there are 22.22% of students in the very poor category in the ability to carry out problem-solving plans. In the ability to review class IV.A students at SD Negeri 68 Palembang, no one has this ability. Keywords: math problem solving ability, learning styles.
