PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KETERIKATAN KARYAWAN PT. WASKITA SRIWIJAYA TOL.
This research aims to analyze the impact of organizational culture on employee engagement at PT. Waskita Sriwijaya Toll Road. The quantitative research method with descriptive approaches used in this research object by using questionnaire. The number of samples is from the population, 61 peoples and using a saturated sampling technique where the entire population is used as a respondent if the population is too small. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression as a data analysis technique. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between organizational culture on employee engagement at PT. Waskita Sriwijaya Toll Road. For PT. Waskita Sriwijaya Toll is advised to continue to pay attention to organizational culture within the company such as norms, rules, and work environment within the company so that employees feel part of the company and feel bound.
