PENGARUH SISTEM PERJANJIAN KERJA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT GUSTI AYU BERSAUDARA DI KOTA LUBUKLINGGAU.
This study aims to determine the effect of the employment agreement system on employee job satisfaction at PT Gusti Ayu Bersaudara in Lubuklinggau City. The variables in this study are the employment agreement system as the independent variable and job satisfaction as the dependent variable. The population in this study were all employees of PT Gusti Ayu Bersaudara, totaling 61 people. This study uses a saturated sampling technique, and uses primary data obtained through a questionnaire and also uses a simple linear regression analysis method as a data analysis technique. The data obtained were tested by validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis (r), coefficient of determination analysis (R2), and t test. The data in this analysis is processed by using the Statistical for Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 28 program. The results show that there is a positive and significant effect between the employment agreement system on the job satisfaction of PT Gusti Ayu Bersaudara employees.
