This research is research and development (R&D) which aims to determine the results of the validity and practicality results of video learning media based on the kinemaster application on the theme 4 sub-themes 1 in class I. The development model used is the ADDIE model only up to 3 stages, namely Analysis, Design, and Development. Based on the results of the media validation that has been carried out on video learning media based on the kinemaster application on the 4 sub-theme 1 class I themes which were assessed by the media expert validator, material expert and teacher getting a percentage of 86.30% in the "Valid" category. While the response of students to the kinemaster application-based video learning media on the theme 4 sub-themes 1 class I in the first and second trials obtained a percentage of 96% in the "Very Practical" category. Thus, the kinemaster application-based video learning media product on theme 4 sub-themes 1 Class I "Valid" and "Very Practical" are used by teachers and students in learning activities in class.
