This study aims to find out the effect of Leadership Style on Employee Performance of PT. Pegadaian (PERSERO) Jakabaring Palembang. The population in this study is all employees of PT. Pegadaian (PERSERO) Jakabaring which amounted to 42 people including the branch leadership itself. Sampling uses Saturated Sampling techniques that use all existing populations. The data collection method used in the study, used primary data in the form of questionnaires and interviews with employees of PT. Pegadaian (PERSERO) Jakabaring Palembang. The analysis technique uses simple linear regression analysis, and shows that the leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Pegadaian (PERSERO) Jakabaring Palembang. From the aspects that have been researched, the leadership should be able to wisely adjust to employees and build an approach with the right leadership style so that the resulting performance is able to reach the maximum level and not trigger pressure on employees.
