This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline on employee job productivity at PT Musi Banyuasin Indah. The sample in this study was all employees at PT Musi Banyuasin Indah totaling 50 employees. This study used primary data obtained through questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is a simple linear regression analysis. The data is processed using the SPSS release 25 program. The results of this study show that Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Productivity with a contribution of 90,2%
