PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP DISIPLIN KERJA PEGAWAI PADA BADAN KEPEGAWAIAN, PENDIDIKAN DAN PELATIHAN KABUPATEN OGAN KOMERING ILIR DENGAN MOTIVASI KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERATING
This study aims to determine the effect of leadership on employee work discipline at the Personnel, Education and Training Agency of Ogan Komering Ilir Regency with work motivation as a moderating variable. The population in this study were all ASN employees in the Personnel, Education and Training Agency of Ogan Komering Ilir Regency, amounting to 41 employees. Sampling in this study used the saturated sampling method (census) where all the population became the sample so that the sample in this study amounted to 41 employees. This study uses primary data obtained through a questionnaire. The data analysis method in this study uses a Partial Least Square (PLS) with smartPLS 3 software. The results showed that leadership had a positive and significant effect on work discipline, work motivation had a positive and significant effect on work discipline, and work motivation could not moderate the influence of leadership on work discipline at the Personnel, Education and Training Agency of Ogan Komering Ilir Regency
