This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style on the employees’ perfomance at The Regional Revenue Agency of Ogan Ilir Regency. The Participants of this research were the leadership and all of the employees, amounting to 80 respondents. The data collection technique was collecting primary data obtained by questionnaires. Simple linear regression analysis were used to analyze the data which processed through the IBM SPSS 25 program. The result of data analysis showed that the hypothesis was accepted which means the variable of leadership style (X) siginificantly gave positive impacts to employees’ perfomance (Y) with 96,4% of determination leve at the Regional Revenue Agency of Ogan Ilir Regency.
