PENGARUH PENGENALAN LAPANGAN PERSEKOLAHAN (PLP) TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN MENYUSUN RENCANA PELAKSANAAN PEMBELAJARAN (RPP) MAHASISWA FKIP PPKN UNIVERSITAS SRIWIJAYA
This study aims to determine the effect of the introduction of the school field (PLP) on the ability to compile a learning implementation plan (RPP) of student at FKIP PPKn Universitas Sriwijaya. This study uses a quantitative approach to descriptive method with non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling type. The population in this study was 144 students, the sample in the study was taken based on criteria who were active students and had taken courses in school field introduction (PLP) totaling 28 students. Data collection techniques are carried out through documentation, questionnaires and interviews. Based on the results of the study, it shows that there is an influence between the introduction of the school field on the ability to compile student learning implementation plans as evidenced by the results of hypothesis tests using the help of SPSS 26 obtained a significant value of 0.003 with a value (ɑ) of 0.05. Furthermore, it is proven that the introduction of school fields and the ability to compile learning implementation plans have a significant influence with the results of a calculated r value of 0.535 > r table 0.374. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a significant effect from the introduction of the school field (PLP) to the ability to compile a learning implementation plan (RPP) for FKIP PPKn students of Sriwijaya University.
