EFIKASI KOLEKTIF GURU BIMBINGAN DAN KONSELING DAN GURU MATA PELAJARAN SMP NEGERI PRABUMULIH
This study aims to determine the relationship between the collective efficacy of subject teachers and guidance and counseling teachers in schools. This research is a correlational quantitative research involving as many as 60 samples. This study uses the method of collecting data on the collective efficacy of the counseling teacher's scale and the collective efficacy of the subjects obtained through direct distribution of the instrument. Data analysis in this study using Pearson-product Moment. The results of data analysis showed that the collective efficacy of the Counseling Guidance teacher was 88.33% with a very good category. Subject teachers' collective efficacy is 88.96% in the very good category. Based on the results of the t test, it shows that the value of tcount > ttable, namely tcount = 0.206 is smaller than ttable 0.05 = 1.671, then H0 is accepted. there is no difference in the collective efficacy of teachers between BK teachers and subject teachers. BK teachers and subject teachers have no difference in self-efficacy, because the efficacy carried out by the two teachers is equally for the progress of students in learning and developing their talents to be much more developed in the future. BK teachers and subject teachers of class VIII SMP Negeri Prabumulih have high self-efficacy, they are able to build more abilities through their continuous efforts for student progress.
