In this study, the authors developed an application that aims to provide promotional media for consumers to be able to make bookings or house reservations online. The benefit of this research is to make it easier for the management of PT. Terang Jaya Abadi in providing a website as a Promotional tool and can help manage booking data or home reservations from consumers, and at the same time can provide regular reporting advice.This research was conducted using observation and interview methods in collecting information and data regarding the problems and needs of the system to be built. While the system development method uses the waterfall method. The results obtained through this research are in the form of a website-based application that can be used for online promotion media for consumers. The results of the tests carried out using the black box method are in accordance with the design and application that are built and are in accordance with the needs desired by the company.
