PENGARUH APLIKASI ASAP CAIR, PUPUK NITROGEN DAN PUPUK KANDANG TERHADAP pH, C-ORGANIK TANAH DAN POPULASI BAKTERI PADA LAHAN TANAMAN PADI LEBAK
The objective of this research was to determine the effect of wood vinegar, nitrogen fertilizer and manure to soil pH, soil organic carbon and bacterie on rice plant at swamp land. This research was held on Faculty of Agriculture swampy wetlands Sriwijaya University Palembang and in the chemistry, Biology and soil fertility Laboratory agricultural faculty Sriwijaya University, from May 2012 to August 2012. The method used in this research was Factorial Randomized Block Design (RBD-F) with 3 factors, namely 1) the concentration of wood vinegar (Ai = 0% ; A2 = 1,00% ; A3 = 2,00% ; A4 = 3,00%), 2) dose of nitrogen fertilizer (Nj = 100 kg ha'1 ; N2 = 200 kg ha'1 ; N3 = 300 kg ha'1) and 3) dose of manure (Kj = 0 ton ha'1 ; K-2 = 3 ton ha'1 ). Each treatment combination was repeated 2 times. Observed variables measured were soil pH., soil organic carbon, population of bacteria inisiasi flowering. The result showed that the application of wood vinegar, nitrogen fertilizer and manure with no apparent effect on soil pH inisiasi flowering. Manure 3 ton ha'1 significantly increased soil organic carbon and very significantly increased soil bacterial populations on rice plant growth at swamp land inisiasi flowering. The application of 2,00% wood vinegar and 3 ton ha'1 manure each of give the value optimal of bacterie population on rice plant at swamp land .
