The system used for data collection on budget plans at PT. Terang Jaya Abadi is a manual system, which uses Microsoft Excel and books where this method has some drawbacks. As it takes a lot of time, it is easy to lose or be damaged, Microsoft Excel is only used to record materials and costs needed, while incoming goods are only recorded using books and notes and outgoing goods are only recorded with books. It would be better if a fundamental change was made to the current system, namely by creating an RAB data collection application. Making the application starts from the design stage which includes designing application specifications, DFD level 0, DFD level 1, ERD, and databases, application development uses the waterfall method. The software will be implemented using the web and data storage using a database. The results of the calculation of material requirements analysis are more accurate because the data used as the basis for calculations is stored in a database s0 that it is consistent. Changes in raw material prices occur, and workers no longer need to manually recalculate each work unit price because this has been handled by the application.
