This study aims to determine the effect of work experience on employees performance at PT Perkebunan Nusantara VII Cinta Manis District Ogan Ilir South Sumatera. The population in this study were all permanent employees at PT Perkebunan Nusantara VII Cinta Manis District Ogan Ilir South Sumatera. The population in this study amounted to 257 people, the sample in this study used a simple random sampling technique where the sample consisted of 72 respondents. This study uses primary data with data collection techniques throught distributing questionnaires to respondents. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis can be concluded that work experience has a positive and significant effect on employees Performance at PT Perkebunan Nusantara VII Cinta Manis District Ogan Ilir South Sumatera. The company must improve the work experience of the employees of PT Perkebunan Nusantara VII Cinta Manis District Ogan Ilir South Sumatera by providing training to employees so that the work performance of employees and the company always increases.
