In carrying out its operational activities, requests for employee leave at PT.Pamapersada Nusantara still uses paper forms from personal to personal. The preparation of this final project aims to build an application to make it easier for employees to make leave requests and document filing at PT. Pamapersada Nusantara. Referring to employee data, leave data and reporting data taken from PT. Pamapersada Nusantara through data collection methods, as well as interviews with the head of the information systems department at PT. Pamapersada Nusantara. The benefits of this application make it easier for employees and related parties to process leave requests, and reduce problems that exist in the leave application process. Then an online application is needed and in the implementation of making this software using the waterfall development theory with the stages of analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation. The results of the research are in the form of an employee leave application application that can be used to apply for leave online, as well as make it easier for employees to apply for leave and view leave data more easily. Based on testing with the black box method, the applications that have been built are running well and in accordance with the needs of employees.
