PT. Pertamina Persero South Sumatra is a state-owned company engaged in the mining sector and focuses on oil operating in the South Sumatra region. In its operational activities, the company always uses consumable items such as office stationery, from paper, pens, paper clips, to other office supplies such as tissues, and others. Currently PT.Pertamina already has an application for managing budget plans, but it has a drawback in that the application can only be used by the Finance Department and is used to manage all budget items within the company as a whole and cannot be used in managing the details or details of the use of goods consumables in the logistics department, which is currently still done manually using printouts in the form of paper and excel files, which are then handed over to the leadership to wait for the approval process, causing the process to slow down and increase waste in paper use. This research aims to build an application that can be used by the logistics department in managing consumables, making it easier to manage budget data and the realization of consumables, and speed up the process of making reports
