The preparation of this final project aims to facilitate the performance of employees in administration in carrying out payment management activities at Public Junior High School 44 Palembang. Referring to student data, class data and payment data taken from Public Junior High School 44 Palembang through data collection methods, as well as interviews with the treasurer of Public Junior High School 44 Palembang. To solve the problem above, where the management of tuition payments still uses a manual process that makes it difficult for students and employees in the payment process or recording tuition payments, they still use handwriting stored in books that are vulnerable to data loss. So we need an online application and in the implementation of making software using the theory of waterfall development and programming languages PHP and MySql as a database. With this SPP payment management application program, it can improve employee performance and manage SPP payment data to be more organized and the storage of payment records to be more secure.
