EVALUASI USER EXPERIENCE PADA GAME EFOOTBALL 2022 MOBILE MENGGUNAKAN METODE GAME EXPERIENCE QUESTIONNAIRE (GEQ)
Games are an entertainment platform, basically games are used to fill empty time but along with the current time, games are a popular activity among young people although usually people play games just to relieve stress, there are still some people who are serious about playing games or participating in competitions. The eFootball 2022 Mobile game or better known as PES (Pro Evolution Soccer) is a game that has a type of sport game and has online multiplayer features. Therefore, the researcher assessed the effect of the 3 component impacts, namely the core questionnaire, the social presence, and the post-game in decreasing the rating of the eFootball 2022 mobile game. With this problem, an evaluation of the UX of the eFootball 2022 mobile game is needed to find the cause of the decline in users of the eFootball 2022 Mobile game. Thus, the evaluation method used in this study is an evaluation method that is specifically used for games, namely the Game Experience Questionnaire. With components that have high aspect values, as in the core module, there are positive affect aspects, the social presence module has empathy and the post game module has positive experience. Based on the three components of GEQ, respondents or users have a fairly good experience but there are obstacles in the tension and flow of players so that it gives a little negative feeling to other users.
